Postage - We will endeavor to process all purchases as quickly as possible. Please allow extra time incase of any unforeseen delay.
Collect in Store - This option is avaible, if you select this method we will contact you to arrange a suitable timeslot. The building is not manned all day everyday, so there may be a small window to collect your order.

Orders received before 12:00 (Monday – Friday) will normally be processed that day and will be send out First Class by Royal Mail but please allow 5 days for delivery.

Postage Charge - £5.00 for product orders under £50.00, orders over £50.00 are free*.
(*please note this is based on products only, if a combination of products and vouchers are purchased there will be a postage charge of £5.00 if products purchased are under £50.00)Orders received before 12:00 (Monday – Friday) will normally be processed that day and will be send out First Class by Royal Mail but please allow 5 days for delivery. Order to be collected
In addition to posting, vouchers can be collected from the Turkish Baths & Health Spa. Parliament Street, Harrogate, HG1 2WH, orders received before 12:00 (Monday – Friday) will be available to collect after 16:00 that day, if you require your vouchers quicker once you have ordered your vouchers please call us on (01423) 55 67 46 with your order number and we will arrange for the Vouchers to be available sooner.
